The customer shall not have any claim against Airbag Team Proprietary Limited (”AT”), its employees or directors, nor shall they be liable in contract or direct for any general, special or consequential damages sustained by any customer or any third party flowing directly or indirectly from the contract to service and/or install an airbag to the customers vehicle, or any other service provided by AT. The customer will hold harmless and indemnify AT, its emploees and directors against any claims and actions arising out of the contract to service and/or install an airbag to the customers vehicle. The customer AT, its employees and directors from all responsibility and indemnities them from any claim instituted by any person, including any dependant of the customer, for damages, personal injury or loss of whatever nature, including consequential damages or special damages of any nature, folowing directly or indirectly from any injury suffed by or damage caused to the customer or any third party arising out of the contract to service and/or install an airbag to the customers vehicle, or any other service provided at AT
